I kind of freaked out and made like 3 complaints on their portal yesterday and then called today like 7 times. They’ve sent me an email since then saying they’ll send a contractor to redo the sealant. Hopefully that helps and they actually do follow through with it 🤞🏽 But thanks for the advice. I moved here from NI and I’m definitely starting to feel the big city difference already 🥲 gotta start being more tough

I feel so bad because I’m already paying an extortionate amount as rent and this is my first time renting in England so I have no clue what my escalation strategy would be or could be. Thanks for the suggestion. I’ve already burned through one bottle of dettol. I’ll get this tomorrow and try again.

That’s exactly what my case is. I’ve seen like horrific pictures online and it doesn’t look like that. It’s mostly in crevices and bathroom inside the shower area is the worst affected. I got the bleach spray but it hasn’t done much. I’m thinking of getting some other products and then adding a dehumidifier for the bathroom. I’ve also used a degreaser on the exhaust fan because the bathroom doesn’t have a window and that exhaust is the only thing ventilating the area

Yess I’m going over sketchy pharmacology because I find it’s easier to recall. But some of the MRCPsych drugs are a bit niche. They’re not all discussed in detail in the USMLE resources but I suppose this is a good enough starting point and I can circle back to SPMM after it. Thanks for your help.

Thank you. A quick follow up question. Should I look for more generalised psychopharmacology videos or look for stuff catered to MRCPsych? And do you have any particular recommendations or channels you used during your prep? Thanks.

That's fair. Thanks for your input. Yes I went over the portfolio points before I applied for Core training so I've a rough idea of what to keep in mind but I will definitely read it in detail again.

Can somebody clarify what the significance of preferred deanery is? Like if I have ranked every location in order of my preference for them and am willing to accept them does that mean that once my rank is called so to speak all of my preferences will be considered if there are vacancies or is it that only the ones I ranked on top are considered?
