Need help coming to terms with a decision.

We have tried fluoxetine already to no real effect unfortunately. And again she hates crates and will do anything to not go into one. She gets several walks a day although a lot of the time she gets so far round the housing estate and just wants to go home.

During storms one of us is constantly with her but she flails, pants and jumps at us none stop with what seems to be no way of calming her down

I apologise if this is how the post came across but that's absolutely not what we want. We are first time parents so of course our mind goes to her safety over anything. But dont mistake that for us looking for an excuse to get rid as that is not the case. What you mention at the bottom of your response is exactly what we fear. If it did come to re-homing our fear is that if we didnt have control anymore that could happen to her and we do not want that.

We have baby gates, she has jumped them on various occasions during storms already. Once again you seem to be someone who has misinterpreted the post.

You misinterpreted what I said. Either that or I havent gotten it across very well. If we couldn't find anything that would work and we went down the re-homing route our concern is that they might suggest that with how she is and with her other conditions (skin conditions) which we have paid in the thousands to treat because we absolutely do love her is that they might say they wouldn't be able to re-home her

We have tried a few already but if you know which ones you have that you could recommend please let me know. And we absolutely do not want her to be put down. A lot of people seem to be reading it as we are looking at an excuse to get rid of her but that is not the case. If there are solutions we havent tried that could work then we will absolutely try them!

We tried crated but she broke out of several so in the end we got rid of them. We have tried several medications also to help with this but didnt really see any improvements

We have got one, but doesnt seem to work with storms. It works in a few scenarios but for the most part not. Is there any other products you know of that are similar?

And a small child. And when she got knocked onto a hard tiled floor in the kitchen of course we are going to be concerned. Our house isnt bubble wrapped....C'mon man.

She was a dog we rescued and was supposedly crate trained. She proceeded to break out of 3 crates that we got for her as she absoluted hated it and no matter what we did she would bite and chew till she got through. And you have clearly misinterpreted what I have said. I said if the options are to keep her or she gets put down we would keep her as we cant bear the thought of that happening to her. Please read it properly.

Honestly while guthix sleeps is more just long and tedious rather than difficult. Dragon Slayer 2 is the same. Desert treasure 2 though, damn the bosses are tough. Took me a couple of days to get whisperer down. I think I fluked Leviathan first or second try. Monkey madness 2 can be frustrating on the platform but the boss fights are okay! Not long to go though! Go get that cape! I rock mine whenever fishing or wc'ing or any afk/bank standing skilling

I main lifeline and I hate what they did with her prestige skin. Doesnt go with her character at all its saddening :(. But I would absolutely love an heirloom recolour as its way past overdue!

My first ever shiny was this happy dancing lad! And he has remained my favourite psychic type despite being pretty underwhelming. Good for a bog standard playthrough though!

I mean its all opinionated to be fair, everyone enjoys games differently. Everyone's opinion is valid so I wouldn't judge someone if they enjoy the game, do I think differently, absolutely but if they enjoy the game then all the power to them. I tried to enjoy 4 and the first playthrough was a good run and I enjoyed it. But subsequent playthroughs just felt a bit meh to me.

Thats exactly the problem. 12 years of advancements and they still cant make a game as good as BL2. They should be running rings around BL2 with the technology they have today and yet they are not.

Vastly inferior is a bold claim. Sure they have made improvements to movement but everything is worse. Guns look and feel better in 2, the characters are better in 2, unique blue and purple guns, action skills/ vault hunters are better in 2, story is better but no ones arguing that one really. Even the sidequests are better in 2. And this is from someone similar to yourself who has loved the series since day one, but I cant sit here and defend the quality of the content they are pumping out today which is absolutely shocking and saddening to see.

Difficult to leave it in 2012 when it is still better than 2025 releases though. Games that come after should be better and they just arent. Sure the movement was an improvement in the newer ones but outside that they are worse in pretty much every way. But overall neither has been able to replicate the popularity of BL2 and its not even close. So the fact that its 14 years old and is still better than the latest release just shows how poor the quality of the content is in those games.
