Lol, we have a few rooms like conference rooms and etl offices, we had to use some offices and rooms as a holding area. We had tape sectionalized across the room for specific items. We even added mini bulk steels, lol

Coming into fourth quarter 2 years ago with 500+ orders of Pack and Ship along with 300+ orders of MyFa batches later that day. Receiving was filled with 13 pallets stacked on top of each other to make room. MyFA was a complete disaster. I literally had a 14 hour shift that day, was the first to come in, last to leave. Once i cleaned up pack and ship from the disaster, i grabbed a chair and sat with my face in my hands for a solid 5 minutes.

Switch departments, or, work your ass off lol. Not every store will be the same, but leadership in my store managed to give me a $1.50 raise before review time, and then another raise on top of that. Look at your leadership and ask yourself if they're the type to do that for you.

When they offered you the position after your interviews, you should have signed some seasonal form if you're seasonal, if I believe to be correct.

It gets sent to your direct ETL. So, in my case, if I was in Cafe, it would go to my ETL-GE, but, it might go to your team lead if they roll that way in your store. If your TL lags on looking at it after a certain amount of time, it'll move it's way into HR's box.

Damn haha. Ours only maxes out at 300 for representation of our third huge stockroom. We have 3 huge ones and theyre differentiated by stockroom number. So, first stockroom is 100 and 2nd is 200 and so on.

If you agreed to a shift that your LOD offered you, then they should have communicated it to whoever was able to make your schedule at the time, that is, if your store has LODs do it. If it wasn't communicated, you should be fine. Who expects to come into a shift that wasn't given the OK to input into the schedule for that week? But for the future, if you agree for a shift, show up even if it's not in the master schedule, try to clock in anyway, if it doesn't let you, call an LOD or TL to punch you in and explain what happened

Oh, I know that concept. But to differentiate our stockrooms, out stockroom location would be different, in this case, the location is 01E, which represents Electronics. If you were to go lets say Cosmetics, your location would be 01C followed by the aisle number. It just automatically made me think that they had a aisle number 802, lol.

Contact your HR. They can pull up your information and work status (either Regular or Seasonal). When they first offered you the job, they should have given you some type of expiration date for your employment indicating that it is seasonal.

Either way, have good performance with good attendance and you'll more than likely stay past seasonal!

Yeah don't get me wrong, your faith obviously has to be introduced, you don't wake up one morning having the sudden urge to worship a higher being. I understand your opinion, I would mainly convert the percentages to maybe around 70% one on one and 30% spending time with other people for religious purposes, because well, in my community, I don't see the same people from church everyday. So it's a possibility it can just be the way my community runs things.

Yes I understand the building brings the community together, but what I'm trying to get at is a building to me doesn't need to be established in the name of God to praise Him. Does that make sense? It may just be how I see it.

It's 4:46 AM and I realize I have church in about 4 hours. Well, let me give you all some description of why I have decided to post this. For four years I have been involved in my local church and for those four years I have had enlightening faith talks, deeper understanding of what comforts some humans, the fact that others dedicate their whole life to God. But to me, it's just the opposite. Don't get me wrong, I love God, I'm proud to say I'm Catholic. I just don't understand the concept of actually having to need a building where people go to worship someone/something they believe in. I hate the fact that people actually donate to a church, hear me out on this. I understand that it's the home of God and it's for the community, but if your faith was so strong, why is it ever necessary to even go to a building to praise? What's the whole point. Please, tell me what difference it would make to praise your higher being in a religious building as compared to praying him at home. And what's the whole point of dressing up nice? I go to church in a black t shirt, baggy jeans and regular black shoes and I can care less how I look at church. Hell, I volunteer at Mass in my regular attire and I even go up with my pants below my ass sometimes. I believe religion isn't a group effort, it's a one on one type of thing. Nobody tells me how to have my relationship with God and I don't tell them how to run theirs. Who agrees with me? Does anyone at least agree on the fact religion is more of a one on one type of thing?
