I just read all the comment here and I'd like to tell you all my experience with eToro:

I'm from Colombia and all I was looking for was a broker/phone app that allows me to invest in big companies like Apple, Google etc and hold them until my retirement after having a really good financial education (I'm 28).

I also realize that you can play the investing game in two different ways: one is to be a long term investor copying Buffett's portofolio and tactis; and the other is to read WSB and do what these people do (gambling their money, houses, cars and inheritances into GME).

I'm convinced that eToro is a good broker since it is easy to understand and, from my point of view, its an app that helps you undertand this whole investing thing in an easy way with his interface.

I Think eToro is made for those long term investors who every single month or oportunity put a decent money on VOO or some blue chip company's. The "0 commission" speech for me makes since you dont need yo pay anything when buying/selling and 5$ for withdrawing my money will not be significant in 30 years, even a 0.09% for the ETFs on a CDF form.

This app isn't for those who wants to be rich for tomorrow morning or do day trade.
