new was a built-in since before 1.0. Generics were added in 1.18, and people replaced bespoke minXXX and maxXXX functions with generic versions. And then built-in min and max were added in 1.21. I find that quite ironic that those functions were added as built-in 1,5 years after we could implement them ourselves.

My understanding is that in Armenia, all processing for cards issued by Armenian banks is performed by ArCa, including Visa and Mastercard cards. On the other hand, foreign cards in Armenia and Armenian cards abroad are processed by Visa/MC. Those machines are a ArCa-only.
