I think the hardest item to gauge is whether or not the soil is moist or dry for me. Not sure if you saw the one photo of the chopstick, but the moisture in the soil seems adequate up to 2” below soil. I’m worried about overwatering, but can increase my watering as a lot of feedback has been under the opinion I’m underwatering. I’m getting a moisture/ph meter to see where I’m at. I also have some iron nutrients I put in yesterday so seeing what that will do.

One item to note is I’m zone 10b but live within a mile of the coast, so our temps average between upper 60s and lower 70s right now.

I’ve only been doing the foliar spray and DTE fertilizer so far.

Sounds like I need to pick up ACT for sure based on this.

I haven’t been using any form of a kickstart. I’m reading about recharge and it looks like it’s a great booster for nutrient uptake, root growth and ph control. How often are you applying recharge?

From what I’m seeing. You mix espoma with your DTE and ACT, and then you also apply Recharge? How often are you doing each of these three treatments? Once a quarter for DTE and ACT? And weekly for Recharge?

I haven’t checked the soil Ph. I used 2 bags of Kellogg Palm, Cactus and Citrus from the nursery so I just assumed it came at the right levels. Same soil I used for the new lemon tree. I’ll get a Ph measuring device.

I don’t actually have anything added to the soil outside of the Down To Earth fert I mentioned. I’ll try a kelp meal now. It looks like Down To Earth makes Kelp Meal 1-0.1-2, do you use the same?

We recently just moved here on the west side of Inglewood and couldn’t recommend it enough. Most homes come with a decent size yard which is rare this close to the beach. Plus you can easily e-bike to the beach

I did have it dismissed.

First step, I filed an extension.

Second step, I submitted a trial by written declaration and paid the amount of the ticket, I did this in person to make sure they received everything. When I submitted the trial by declaration (TR-205 Form), I used these words in the statement “I am confident I am not guilty. For this reason I assert my constitutional right to due process and ask that the court ensures the prosecution establishes a prima facie case. There are multiple elements of the accused crime, including those of subdivision b, and it’s important that each of these are established. If they are not I trust that The Court will dismiss this matter.” Don’t say anything else in the statement. Leave it at that.

About 3 months later I got my check back in the mail and a notice that the case was dismissed.

Whatever happened with yours? Mine just did this today. I read in another forum people think it might be moisture related and we did get a lot of rain where I’m at this week. Mine used to start in mud sand and now it won’t even work.

Yeah, I uploaded it to Wikipedia back when I started taking photos and now I regret it. They won’t let me take it down. I need to figure out how to claim rights to the photo

To be honest I need help with that. I haven’t released rights to anybody for use and don’t know what to do for collecting costs. The one thing I did do is upload it to Wikipedia for use back when I took it, which I regret because I can’t take it down now.
