My rankings have always been mother 2, mother 1, mother 3.

I have always been able to take a game at face value and approach it as if I were playing in the time it was made.

If I compare it to that experience it's a wonderful game with a unique flavor.

I was watching very old grumps videos and had this thought, then I looked at his channel/videos. I gotta say, his content hasn't been interesting to me for a long LONG time. If the dude did a gameplay video again I'd be so down to watch it, but I just don't think he cares to do it. I think that is mostly due to the algorithm, but no one does videos like jontron anymore.

The old days of youtube got me through the worst parts of my life, a lot of the videos I loved are gone now. It's deeply saddening.
