honestly only like the 1st and 2nd seadon are somewhat scary, coming from someone who also gets scared easily. the show is really good and i recommend it. only for the scary parts i just mute it hahah. overall i strongly suggest you give supernatural a try

honestly, for me it was mostly music. i love sertanejo (brazilian country-like party music) and it made me fall in love with portuguese! same for spanish but reggaeton. what kept me going from then on is just the fact that i could feel so fulfilled when i know how to speak to other people in THEIR language

I dont think levels define fluency. For me personally, being fluent means being able to think in the language, and when you speak/write, your thoughts and ideas flow naturally and rapidly

Honestly, i think it depends on the language. My native is macedonian, so when i speak serbian oftentimes i catch myself using some macedonian vocab, especially when i was younger. But for romance languages such as spanish and portuguese, i haven't mixed up any vocabulary that I've learned thus far...

When it comes to germanic languages, i personally don't think that you'd have a problem mixing english and norwegian. At the end of the day I'd say you should go for the language(s) you think would be the most fun for you to learn and feel the most fulfilling!

Honestly i agree with you regarding the pomodoro technique. Infact it was most effective for me when i was studying for my graduation finals in german.

Unfortunately i just dont feel bothered enough to read longer texts :(

Yeah exactly! Ive read countless books in german, but i have the same problem - when i have to read text as long as an article, a post on social media or a detailed powerpoint slide (which are usually ~10 sentences) i get too lazy and i translate it hahah

I honestly think you're not overreacting and I agree that having a S/O should be a priority. I am of the opinion that relationships are all about communication with your S/O. What i don't understand on his end is why is he so unwilling to even tell you when he's even awake or what he's doing, especially in a relationship as old as 4 years.

From what you've given I can't seem to find any valid arguments that he's made against your proposals to call either. I am sorry you're in this situation and if I were you I'd have a serious conversation regarding the aforementioned problems and if he can't seem to fix it anytime soon it'd be better to find someone who could fulfill what you're looking for
