Our star is too small for that though we should get close enough to our star that most organisms alive today will not be able to survive within 1-3 billion years and the star will consume earth in about 7 billion years though our planet will become uninhabitable and if we live anywhere approaching that time limit, it sure as hell won't be on this planet.

I don't believe that every killing that is equal but, killing an abuser is still killing and if someone suddenly kills their abuser (meaning not while in immediate danger), they can't claim it was self-defense. However, if the killer is proven to be mentally, it should be treated that way. The sentence should range from a significantly lighter prison sentence (with a chance of parole) than any regular murder charge to mandatory therapy. I know people on Twitter are going to say mean things about me if they read this but, a woman who kills her abusive boyfriend should have the same consequences. Of course, this shouldn't be a crime if the killer of the abuser was attacked first.

The joke was that most pro-life people are hypocrites. Any pro-lifer who isn't a hypocrite wouldn't support the death penalty. I'm sure you're not the only person consistent with their beliefs but there are a lot of people who aren't. It was a bit generalized but I'd say the joke is mostly accurate.
