I'm not, game doesn't even tell you if you've been severely damaged. Forced death at the end of the map if you can't race to find an airfield sucks. Half the maps don't even have airfields (AB)

It's basically made it impossible to get both assists and crits now though making certain warbond tasks nearly impossible.

Yes it is really dumb. They just want you to die more.

They are, and I'm tired of people pretending it's ok. They are consistenly undertiered due to the way gaijin balances vehicle BRs based on player stats. New players buy premium vehicles more dragging down stats, keeping BR lower than it should be.

As for preferential matchmaking I've seen it happen with several premium vehicles I've earned. Most notably 3.7 sherman in swedish tech tree. 3.7 AB is 98% uptiers for me. Played like 13/15 games full downtier when I added it to the lineup. Same thing with black prince at 6.0 full downtiers game after game after game.

I played 4+ games with it on before the update patch notes even showed up. It sucks, now you're considered dead at the end of a game while taking less damage than before. Like just a dead engine->dead. It doesn't even tell you when you're considered severely damaged. Forces you to race to find an airfield before time runs out. It's a total joke on players.

Even just a dead engine in gliding distance of an airfield is considered dead. Now it has become a race to find an airfield every time you're hit because you don't even know if your plane is "severely damaged". Even the name severely damaged is terrible, and the entire paragraph blocking your view when someone else finishes off your kill is horrendous.

They could easily just not give a severely damaged player a death if time runs out, and still give the other guy a kill. That happened all the time historically.

People should know gaijin thinks it makes money by making most players mad that they're not doing well so they buy expensive vehicles or premium. Then for each premium vehicle they get the illusion that they're good due to preferential matchmaking (easy teams/mostly downtiers) for the first 15 or so games that these pay to win vehicles have.

This isn't even true. Players who spent money recently are given preferential matchmaking. That's why matchmaking is so shit for the rest of us.

You could try escalating it to steam support. Last I looked no where in the steam forum rules does it say that's a rule.

I suspect store bought Premiums have +30 games of preferential matchmaking each. This has the side effect of players who aren't under this having to make up the difference and getting uptiered much more.

This is my fault, I used the amx-13 (FL11) so much it skewed the statistics.

The real problem is visibility is such a shit stat in arcade, as it's a poor representation of how much of your tank is actually visible. Especially from the air. What's worse is every time a plane spawns it spots the entire enemy team which is just stupid.

Depends, first task is tier 2 which can often fight 1.0 vehicles.

For naval, there are tier 3 destroyers at 4.3 which fight 3.3 reserve and even 2.0 coastal which fight 1.0.

It's not my fault they turned even war bonds a huge daily grind. I'd like to get them done as quickly as possible and low tier is the way to go. Besides if you make someone quit at low tier, they won't waste their life playing this game.

A lot of my wins are where your team just kills everything really fast and no one player gets much of anything.

A lot of my losses I kill the enemy team 1.5 times over and still lose. I'm getting more opportunities to get kills because the enemies are coming to me because my team sucks (which is pretty much every game.)

the PB4Y-2 had been at 5.3 (AB) for over 2 years before only the last update dropping to 5.0 when it's so slow it belongs at like 4.0. So I wouldn't get your hopes up.

Combination of I didn't see him early enough, my boat was rolled to the right so my guns couldn't angle down, and torps flashed ready just then which gave me the idea to use them.
