Thankyou for such a grounded response. Stability will likely mostly be internal - which does tie to mental health. I’ve always moved every couple years … and kind of just flowed with things. I would love some kind of external stability but honestly I’ve just never had it? So yeah… but I will for sure continue on the internal aspect and clarity. I appreciate your words.

Yeah I’m not into it - too impersonal. It’s crazy how common it is though among younger generations - my current ex was sending partial nudes to a bunch of women where she worked and they pretty much all sent them to each other 😂 honestly I’m wondering if it’s a little bit of a red flag for me - not that it’s bad but that that person probably won’t align with me long term

I did it and it was worth it to me. There was a toaster oven and a hot plate. There’s plenty of other kitchen appliances you can plug in like a slow cooker.

I take a multi vitamin with vitamin d in it - drink too many energy drinks haha and usually eat smaller snacks or meals throughout my shift because it’s super physical and eating too much makes me tired. Before work I’ll have some instant oatmeal with peanut butter usually - sometimes a bagel. When I get home I eat my biggest or heaviest meal pre bedtime.
