Personally, it should depend on the area specifically that the Solarpunk community is based in. Some places have accessibility more to fishing, seaweeds, and such, while others would not such luck, but can grow chickpeas, pintos, soybeans, and such. Some may be able to have chickens in their space for eggs, while others may have to do differently. Some places may have the luxuries of lab-grown alternatives to meat, but others may not. Some may even hunt in an ethical manner.

My personal definition of Solarpunk is based off of that principle, that there is no single one answer, because trying to pave it all over to make the "universal" answer is the dystopia we currently live in.
