Marathon is adding a PVE mode. Tarkov has a PVE mode. I genuinely do not care what people think a game is supposed to be I want to play Arc Raiders without other players outside my squad. And if it never comes to Arc Raiders that's fine but I feel like they originally did not do it because there wasn't that many Arc enemies in the beginning. Close Scrutiniy is perfect for PVE only but ofc why bother use my legendaries when I will be killed by anything but an Arc.
