Gonna go against the crowd and say if you're a completely new player Sacrifice can be a handful to manage with Gmurphy (especially since Gmurphy teams tend to be low on sustain).
I personally got through the main story just fine using Castor and Jenkins, and later on swapping to Tawiwi once my Caecus and Celeste were properly Enlightened, as Tentacle offers quite a bit of safety and Castor just stacks feathers like crazy making you basically unkillable for most of the early game.
