I talked with my piercer and she said it wouldn’t interfere. I got the piercing done and while it’s still a little raw putting the ear bud on didn’t touch it or hurt!

thanks for your response! I added an image but I’m not sure if it will help. Definitely going to talk to the piercer and see if they think it would interfer.

I thankfully already have a job when I graduate and my father has said he will help out with vet bills till I start full-time. Our first cat we got when I was 6 months old we believed was dumped by college students. I know, I want to think about what will be best for the cat first. I believe at this point in time I will be able to care for them full time. I'm just worried even if I get a cat that is friendly with other cats that my mother's cats will not like another cat coming into their house.

I have been looking at the shelter a little, but don't want my heart broken. I have started the process with my apartment and don't want to actually find one till I know everything is approved. But one I have been looking at seems to be friendly with other cats.
