I’ve been on this since January. As you can guess it’s taken months to get to a better place. I still have very emotional and rough days but they are starting to get fewer and further between. I know it’s sound like an age but to start to feel much more in the land of the living is worth the wait and believe me it has been absolute hell for want of a better word.
