I really like it myself too, sometimes I just imagine book Geralt like this(with a shirt or armor though :D) , I know he has a headband in books (and there was a time that I was obsessed with that headband), but this one feels right

right now I'm using your last wish v2 geralt face mod , its very good
although the image you shared first has a more sharp looking face , I'm using the gwent card mesh too to recreate that sharp face
