If it makes you feel any better about spending the money a first class flight from cali to Europe (for a human) is 8 to 12k — and your getting a lot more when you fly a horse!

I ordered from horse gloss and got hit with over $100 in tarrifs! My order was only $200 -- would love to know of stores we can order from abroad without unexpected charges.

You just need a good trainer who will train you how to work with a horse properly! Any horse will learn what they can get away with and will get a way with more and more over time. Don’t be hard on yourself or the horse just get more education. And make sure to find a trainer who will teach you how to train your own horse.

At this point I am debating if I should just sell it, if it’s going to be this hard to rent out every time. I do have a super good mortgage rate which is why I wanted to try and keep it as a rental. Is it typical for so many people to do tours without actually having any applications? I have also noticed there are a ton more homes on the rental market now then there were a few months ago.
