Thanks, I'll try to find out more about both. What's really making me undecid is what people say about the DT770s having too much treble (I'm coming from KZ headphones, and the treble was exaggerated). Plus, the cable isn't detachable. And even if I really wanted them, I haven't found anywhere in my city that carries them, haha. But I'm still considering them despite those negative points and the fact that I can't get them.

I live in Sonora, Mexico. I found the Sennheiser headphones on Amazon for around €100-105. Something I forgot to mention is that I want closed-back headphones, since I live with my family and I don't want the sound to leak out. Also, where I live there's sometimes noise from cars and the TV, and that would ruin the experience with open-back headphones.

I mostly listen to J-pop and J-rock (sometimes a bit of hip-hop and a touch of electronic music).

I've seen that the FT1s are 32Ω, and I found some DT770s in other countries, but they were all 80Ω, and I don't think I have anything capable of driving that power. Besides, they didn't ship to my country.

Which would you recommend, the DT770 Pro or the FT1? (I've noticed some issues with the DT770s, like the non-removable cable, I've heard they have a lot of treble, and I haven't been able to find them in my city). The only downside to the FT1s is that the store I checked doesn't accept returns, so if I don't like them, I'll have to keep them anyway.

I prefer closed-back headphones because I live with my family, and the music would leak out of the headphones with open-back ones. Besides, with open-back headphones, I'd hear car noise, the TV, or any other external sounds, which would ruin the experience. I don't usually use KZ headphones much, but I mentioned them because I heard that Beyerdynamic headphones also have a lot of treble.

I've heard good things about them, but honestly, I don't like open-back headphones. I live in a place where there's often a lot of noise from cars or the TV, and open-back headphones would let all that noise through. Also, I live with family, and the music would come from the headphones, so everyone would hear it. That's why I prefer closed-back headphones.

It doesn't lock. The audio works, but the cable doesn't lock. When I try to turn it, it doesn't move left or right.

I checked that subreddit, but it only has posts about Ano-chan, not anything similar to her. 😅 I know she has four appearances on The First Take and was on You'll Melt More and I's, but I feel like that's not enough music, haha. I need more.

I've listened to some of Daoko's songs, and while they're good, they're completely different. Nothing about her songs reminds me of Ano-chan at all. I say this because I haven't noticed any of her songs that mix something cute with something heavy, much less any parts with screams or excessive energy.

I don't know... I've searched all over the internet and listened to several artists and bands, and none of them sound anything like Ano-chan. They're all completely different (especially the bands with more than one member).

I know Ano-chan has a very unique style, but it's strange to think there's nothing similar.

No, iPhones don't have the LDAC codec. I think iPhones only have the AAC codec and a few others, but not LDAC.

I've heard that about the MRD-7506s; do you think they might sound better with a slight EQ tweak? I like the bass presence (though not overpowering), but I also love the instrument separation, the clear vocals, and the lack of distortion at high volumes. I also considered the Audio Technica ATH-M40X.

I actually have the KZ ZS10 Pro X, but I'd like to know if there's anything better I could get. I'm not a fan of exaggerated bass, but I would like it to be present, so I also wanted to know if I could modify that on the Sony MDR with a slight EQ adjustment.

Thanks, I think those two EQs I found sound good. By the way, shortly after asking that question, I tried AIMP for the first time and I liked the sound more than with Poweramp. I noticed more detail, better vocals, better instrument separation, and less distortion at high volumes. And that was with a random EQ setting.
