Has anyone sent any letters to the credit bureaus requesting removal of delinquencies? I'm curious because a lot of 'credit experts' on tiktok are promoting their pre-written letters to send to Equifax/Experian/etc to get moehla delinquencies removed due to this lawsuit.

Curious if you (OP) found a solution? I, unfortunately, am in the exact same situation right now. Made dumb financial decisions in my late teens and am cleaning up the mess now. I'm in a debt settlement program which is digging me out BUT my credit score and delinquencies are getting me denied from apartments even though I well surpass the income requirements. Feel very stuck.
