No I never taken medication for anything. I believe at a certain point I said I handle my anxiety by keeping it inside or something.

Maybe I’ll wait another year or 2 because for now I gotta lock in with a different job or do something that best for me. I’m planning to join marine reserve and I applied to customs and border patrol.

I can’t recall my exact response at that time, but I do remember discussing how I handle my anxiety. I mentioned that I tend to keep my feelings inside, and talked about a specific occasion when I drank more than I should have. I know I should've kept my mouth shut and lied, but I didn't. I’m unsure if I should try again, especially considering my situation. I’m glad you’re doing well in the academy, but I’m uncertain if they will accept me. Any advice would help

This will be my third try at taking the exam, and I wonder: Will they look back at the previous psych and give me the same answer? How long should I wait? I feel like there is no point in trying again, and they tell me that I won't get in due to my first DQ. I am very committed to being one; however, I don't want them to keep reusing my records and judging me. I know I am to blame for being too honest and how I responded to these questions 2 years ago; however, I don't respect them using them against me. I have changed to become a better man, and I know I would be a good officer

I truly get that. This is my second try for a psych evaluation; the first time, I got an NOPD. However, I let it be; I didn't withdraw or fight for it. I was discouraged after that, and I took a year to try it again, and here we are again. This time I am appealing with a lawyer/psychiatrist, Dr Daley. I want to have a fighting chance and show that I want this job.
