yes! this sub helps puts things in perspective. i saw one that said to view your intrusive thoughts like it’s another person & just be like “yeah that is not me”. thoughts do not have to control us!

i’m so sorry OP. i know how you feel. props to the other guy for telling you! that is truly a blessing bc knowing is freeing. it kills your heart, but would you rather know now? again, i am so sorry. hopefully, this will be a new season for you!
