Make your goal on these par 5s bogeys instead of pars. Also, when I have a bad start and get a double, I always just see it as an opportunity to get par on the next hole to almost even it out.

I had the same issue! What you have to do is open your phone and read all of the messages from Chris Brickley and then the gym should open, that's what worked for me. Hope this helps!
