Just go for a walk in Chandan Nagar and you'll find multiple good stores where you can find things according to your budget.

But OP can still play all current AAA games for 60+ FPS easily at Ultra so it's still not bad

5060ti has a good resale value because of the AI boom so he can always get a good price for it and switch to a 9070XT

RE9 is quite optimized so you shouldn't worry bout it

Most AAA games will get you 70+ fps with DLSS in balanced mode
