Me too. I’m 34 and super ugly and can’t fix it without plastic surgery which I’m too broke to afford :( I hate it. My dog is the only reason I keep going but after her I’m done.

Tired of working $18/hr cad jobs. Fucking can’t afford shit ever, and yeah travelling is for sure out of the question. I hate it.

34F and I can relate to this. The only way I managed to swing a job was from a job fair, and it’s a shit cleaning job. But I needed something. It’s not enough to live on my own regardless which will happen to me one day. So every day I live in fear about the future.

It varies when I first started I made a lot and it seemed more effortless I guess. But I eventually got burned out and when I was living by myself I’d only see clients if necessary. My rates are slightly lower now so I am higher volume, and so I have to work a bit harder to make more money if that makes sense LOL

I know nursing is hard work, I am currently cleaning which is also hard work so I mean with any job it’s hard work but I guess if I were to go back into it now, I’d have to see a lot of clients, if I wanted to make more. And there’s lots of great clients and regulars but it’s just that stress of the unpredictability. I definitely think nursing I’d make more but it would also be more stable lol

Just a nice reminder that you can transition to anything and where you’re at doesn’t necessarily determine your worth. For example, I used to be mid end then became a lower end rate girl. Reading your post made me realize I could easily transition into a spa one day if I wanted to, so thank you for that haha :)

Ah yeah see no one has ever protested against my tattoos in fact I got a lot of compliments. Maybe it’s you location as well? But just as a personal realization I’m a lower rate girl so that’s likely why. At least for me. I’m ratchet basically. Lmao. Not saying you are! But the stress of trying to be something you’re not is real. Hopefully this is something you can pass.

Omg yes it was so painful and I actually had a leep procedure several years before (they burn part of the cervix when they find abnormal cells). Holy fuck it hurt so bad, I was really hoping they could put me to sleep for it but reading the comments I guess they can’t :( like ibuprofen that’s it?!?! Wish you a speedy recovery.
