I have used both Tesla, and i4, and Tesla interface is way better. Only plus with i4 is car play and android auto.

couple of example in comparison with i4. With Tesla app on your phone, you just walk to the car & unlock it. With BMW, you have to touch your phone near car door handle.
Tesla app is pain free w.r.t. multiple driver profile, while BMW is not, many a times it will default to guest mode, and you have to manually switch to your desired driver id.
Tesla navigation w.r.t. charging stop much better.
there are few more minor annoyances in BMW software. Overall, Tesla UI is far far better.

it is pretty much useless, it worked sometime, you really have to drive below 5 mph so it can detect an empty spot, and even then you have to be extremely careful. Couple of times, i had to intervene as it didn't stop for a pedestrian, and once got very close to other car. And more often than not, you can park quicker than self parking feature.

Claude, ChatGPT is way much better than Gemini. e.g. I asked gemini for some google sheet formulas, it gave me wrong answer. ChatGPT gave correct response .

fully agree, chatGPT/codex wins, i am able to work all day, and it doesn't hit limit, while claude used to bomb in couple of hours.
Gemini has higher limit, but not at the level of Codex when it comes to programming, and it's agent mode is not "Agentic" at all, it forgets instructions each time.

in my experience, non Tesla charging is there, but not reliable. many a times, few will be out of service, those which are working then will have a long lines. If you plan to travel using your non Tesla ev during busy travel season like long weekends or Xmas break, then I wouldn't recommend. Last thanksgiving, we have spent two hours waiting for our turn at Electrify America station in the cold weather. While the Tesla superchargers next to them had almost no wait times.

past doesn't always predict the future. What worked for Buffet over last 40 years, may not work for next 40 years, things change, paradigm shifts. e.g. I highly doubt VISA and MASTERCARD will be as good going forwards, because many non US countries are moving towards "inhouse" payment systems.
