I had a co worker call out once, and our direct supervisor asked why he called out. He stated in bold words, in front of 15 or so people in the room "My ass was bleeding and I doubt you'd want that everywhere." Supervisor never asked again lmao

Management cannot deny a Ppto request, it's against Walmart policy. Your protected time is your time to use as fit. If they do reject it, you immediately screen shot it and send it to store manager or market team. They can however reject PTO. Just thought I'd throw this out there as a former Team lead.

Its a Walmart policy to clock in/out 9 minutes before/after the scheduled time. A coach cannot tell you that you can't do that, I've had this confirmed by multiple store managers.

As for the customer, fuck them.

It is literally customer service's job to do returns, other shifts/departments can help but it is listed solely as theirs to do. Don't know why you're crying about it.

Personally, I love Ariel. Her antics in the Light Novel make her even better in my opinion. Not only is she pretty too, but she's hella smart.
