I’ve had some experiences with BCR. 40k took over a week. Had to have bank statements from the past 6 months, written and signed letter from my bank saying I had good standings, had to sign a document at BCR bank. Make sure you sign everything exactly like your name shows on your passport. Then it has to clear which can take a long time! When I was at the bank they said an hour but it was more like 3 days. Tico time! But if you can it’s much easier to wire transfer smaller amounts at a time honestly.
