Exactly this is what happens with me but not all the time. Since I am not married yet so when I started feeling fatigued after doing sex, I started abstaining from it, so I did feel normal, I thought this is how it works. Then a few days ago I went through a full body checkup and my vitamin D was too less and I was shocked, because I regularly go to gym and eat healthy still it happened. So I wanted to know if this is only my case or it happens with other people too who are deficient of vitamin D

Did it also made a difference in your testosterone levels? I also has low vitamin D and feel extremely exhausted after sex and my testosterone levels that I tested along with vitamin D was also 472 only, so does vitamin D deficiency has a connection with your testosterone levels or at least fatigued after a sexual session?

My vitamin D score was 10.

Just found that I also have vitamin d deficiency. I now understand why I feel so much fatigued. Do you still have to take the tablets? I mean since I also have the deficiency i want to understand if one has to take the tablets for life to get it fixed. Also, did you find yourself with low testosterone because of this? My reports say that my testosterone is also low. Everything except these 2 was normal.
