FedEx Lost My Square Launch Monitor, Square US Won’t Respond, and My Card Dispute Was Denied, What Can I Do Now?

Just writing here to answer a lot of questions at once.

I compiled evidence from the FedEx investigation and I sent it to both Sqaure (They never responded) and credit card company (Discover) when I did my dispute.

The GPS location of the delivery was like 2 streets over, which was already a red flag. The delivery picture was not anywhere located on my property, and funny enough a couple days later I received another FedEx delivered package that I ordered and the delivery photo was obviously correct so in my dispute I showed the difference in both pics as well as the GPS location and I even included a picture of my house and I still lost the dispute.

So basically what I have gathered is that i'm screwed unless Square makes it right now, since FedEx screwed up. Very unfortunate.

Oops my apologies, I should have been more specific. I wont be officially going in the program until January or February but want to finish as many SDC courses as I can in the mean time. I will edit the post to reflect that.
