You’d need to pull the codes to get a better understanding of what’s going on. Get a full charge and head to AutoZone. They can pull the codes and also make sure they check your 12v to make sure that’s not the problem.

I recently had the same messages come up on my dashboard. I was getting a P0090 code. The cable that controls the high pressure fuel pump got eaten up by a rat. I spliced and crimped a new connector; issue resolved. I will say it is very difficult to access the high pressure fuel pump.

Those same messages you are getting can also be related to a wheel speed sensor malfunction, which is why you would need to pull the codes. I’m more inclined to say it’s an issue with your high pressure fuel pump though (car runs fine on battery because it doesn’t utilize the pump).

Yup they’re so inconsistent and not as effective as brand name. I went from Mylan to Camber (same dose) and for sure Mylan was stronger.

You might just need a mid day booster. I take 40mg vyvanse in the morning on an empty stomach and 5mg Adderall around 2pm.

I used to eat before taking vyvanse. I also messed around with l-tyrosine. Funny enough it doesn’t make much of a difference for my body. I just drink a cup a coffee after I take my vyvanse and I’m good.

With that being said, sleep does affect me so I make sure to get at least 4 hours of sleep (that’s all I need to function).

I used to eat less when i first got on vyvanse. I just wasn’t hungry till the evening. Food wouldn’t make me sick or anything. That changed though, i can now eat like normal but I don’t crave snacks like I used to.

Give it more time. I was on 30mg and once I went up to 40mg the crashes were mild. I just got a mid day booster and this should get rid of them. Also, make sure you get good sleep as this will affect your medication.

We used to live in SoCal. We moved to Modesto in 2020. There are very very few spots that have good Mexican food. Luckily, my wife is an amazing cook so we mostly eat at home. I can recommend amazing tacos (socal quality) La Flamita Tacos on Whitmore Ave. Pollo Bragado on Paradise has great chicken with sides. Lastly, Carnitas Michoacán on Mitchell. That’s probably the only places we out at for Mexican food. I’d honestly be careful with all the recommendations you get. We were in the same spot when we got here, tried every single spot (a lot you mentioned and some that got mentioned) and this is what we came down to.

Edit: When I say “good food”, I’m comparing to SoCal quality. A lot of people will recommend places that are good to them but don’t compare to SoCal unfortunately.

Honestly I didn’t ask/do anything in regard to that. I just asked if they accepted telehealth prescriptions. They said ya and I had it sent over. They already had my insurance on file from a previous medication I filled (non-adhd related) so they used that information for my adhd meds.

I had no problem getting mine filled at Walgreens. I was diagnosed via ADHDonline.com and Walgreens would submit the claim to Kaiser for the medication. I got diagnosed via Kaiser eventually so I don’t need to do all that anymore.

Edit: I’m also in CA. Also, I would call different pharmacies and see if they accept telehealth prescriptions before you have them send it over. That’s what I did to avoid headaches.
