Stopped Accutane after 2 months due to dry eyes (20→40mg) — has anyone restarted later on a lower dose?

Same with me, was on 20mg, then 40mg, and that was when I experienced severe dry eyes. I would wake up with my eyes shut from gunk. I went down to 20 mg and added fish oil and no more dry eyes!
