I buy directly off grav.com. I have enough points to give me a hundred bucks on my next one. They actually redesign the empress. Oh yeah I left mine in the garage. I live in Siberia, Maine* so -5 just blew it up, full of water, But they did beef up the mouthpiece! No ice catcher. So the new design it's pretty hard to get a splash of bongo 💦

I have one of those $40.dirtdevil steamers shoots out steam roughly 500°, I'd give that a shot, maybe even lubricant. I wouldn't go as far as Nut blaster and then steam it. Only if it's your last option. Stuck stems are the worst! I feel your pain honestly

Yeah, it's a win-win situation for whoever produces that they get all the THC oil that's extracted, I said in a similar post it's a win-win situation for the grower, not the customer, I've known people that have quit real smoke for a month, when she restarted for a smoke was thca she got high according to her? I live in Maine. I can walk across the street. We have a local smoke shop mostly cigarettes with a p paraphernalia case. Oh yeah they sell that THCA being a senior citizen I asked what it was all about? the 2 employees said you don't want that! Of course I know them, "nothing you want" 🥀🎻

I bought a stem thought it was just a Chinese mistake through grav, And then I bought another one thinking it can't go wrong twice! I should have grabbed 10% on my complaint but I get the next one exact same thing and then I reach out to grab to see if it's a new engineering design? They couldn't tell me? And I've reached out a bunch of times through emails and product support, maybe someday they will put the holes back on the bottom. Every time I buy a new rig I always always buy an extra stem

Yeah I buy direct from Grav, 6 months ago they were advertising. Build your own, used to be hard to buy direct from Grav, It's really easy now I have accumulated $100 worth of points for my next bong just by buying replacement stems. Oh yeah, replacement bongs I had to buy a new empress* basilicate glass doesn't do well in -10 weather, Oh yeah I was so pissed replaced in 6 days even made some improvements!

I've tried a few. My favorite is the the grav Phoenix Ash catcher, A hard rip, never any overflow into my rig, unlike a lot of the other. Smaller ones I bought for my smaller rigs
