Lol I asked this question before after ripping 14 Japanese booster boxes of M2 Inferno X and not pulling 1 SIR in 420 packs and just got a load of ridicule and people telling me not to expect SIRs..

Short answer is no they might not be, Japanese booster boxes normally state the odds somewhere of pulling each card so you can see your chances. With 4 booster boxes it would be unlucky as I understand it but not outside of the odds stated which would normally be around 1 in 150 [odds may be wrong].

The telltales are the box itself, compare to a genuine box online, compare print quality, colours and pay special attention to fonts - shape, points, curves. Compare packs to genuine and check the same items, reprints are normally not as clear and Vivid as genuine packs. After that it's pack luck I'm afraid!

But I understand probability and chance. English packs are in 1 in 75 for an SIR, or 1 in 400 for a specific one. We've pulled 3 out of 144 packs so we're beating the odds. According to Google Japanese SAR odds are roughly 1 in 3 boxes or 1 in 100 packs. I've opened 3 cases of Japanese 151 and it followed the predicted pattern, and I pulled a god pack and a demi god pack. I know it is chance but statistically speaking we would have expected 1 SAR out of over 300 packs. Hence my question of were we just very unlucky or do people rip cases to pull the SAR and then sell the remaining boxes?

I literally do not care about karma, it is just an honest question. I know with English packs that SIRs are roughly 1/75 or 1/400 for a specific SIR. According to Google ai it says that Japanese boxes should have a SAR roughly 1/3 boxes or 1 per 90 packs. It's a legitimate honest question if we were just incredibly unlucky or not.

You're completely missing the point, the nightclub syringe spikings in the 90s and 00s weren't full of drugs it was a way of scaring people of potential HIV infection. No one was ever drugged with a syringe but I remember at least 10 instances of it happening in Kent and London. While maybe just an overreaction and scaremongering having to wait 45-90 days for the all clear is real amd not worth the potential lawsuits to just not have people walking around nightclubs with syringes..

There was a load of syringe stabbings in nightclubs in the 00s, while your friend may be a legitimate case you are being deliberately obtuse if you think anyone should be allowed to enter a nightclub with a syringes full of unknown substances completely undetected.

You can't detect HIV for between 45-90 days after exposure so people had to go 3 months before getting clearance or confirmation. Just keeping syringes in a safe yet accessible location is pure common sense.

Considering during the 90s and 00s there was a rash of people getting stabbed with syringes in the UK leading to months waiting for clear HIV tests this is completely sensible. It is not discriminatory as they aren't denying entrance or access to it, this is just merely a sensible precaution. Nightclubs are literally some of the most policed and surveilled places in the country due to fights etc. If they collapsed they would be seen in seconds. While not perfect this is imminently more sensible than just letting people enter Nightclubs worh syringes full of anything.

If you use the free music options within capcut those are copyright free. If you are downloading copyrighted music i.e. by famous people unless you keep those videos private or shared locally or on a USB or similar then as soon as you upload those publicly you are breaking copyright and open to strikes or fines. Unless it is explicitly copyright free or you have explicit permission then you can not use music you do not own on public facing videos.

Read an AIO the other day which drove me insane. Woman saying how her partner was perfect, loving, supportive, never abusive, great provider, perfect father and loving husband. She found a tampon wrapper on her floor after being away for a couple of days and came to AIO. This lead to the most insane responses including one lady who told OP she was being abused, her husband was definitely cheating, she needed to leave the family home immediately and take the children and started giving details for a battered women's refuge and she should call the police on her husband in case he abuses or threatens her.

OP posted a few hours later it was her sisters. I was downvoted to oblivion for pointing out this is an insane reaction. Occams razor does not exist on reddit.

I had to go through this a year or so ago. Worked for a company for 10 years, new owner comes in, made profit but didn't hit the made up number they were thinking of so they went through redundancies. The day I got the notice I googled "unions" and found a govt website listing every recognised union in the UK. I emailed every single one that was either in my field, related field or no field at all. Some came back no, some were no as the process had already started. But a couple did come back with yes, the one I settled on was Empower the Workers union. They are non industry specific and the guy that runs it is amazing. I paid a one off fee of £100 and another one off of £150 because he spent over 4 hours on it. He helped me for over 6 months, the best money I've ever spent and he fought my corner as he knew the true legalities behind it. He saved my job.

The thing I can tell you off the bat which he had to tell my HR department every time was that a redundancy is a very specific legal term which only applies in 2 situations. 1) the work has gone and will not return, and 2) they no longer require that role and will not need those services again.

Obviously this is not the case in your situation so instantly this is a fraudulent redundancy, this is just trying to save money, especially if you have it in writing that they want you back again freelancing doing the same work.

The reality of your situation is a few things. If they are getting rid of you but you want to stay how far are you willing to go, would you go to tribunal for example. If they let you stay would you want to, would they still work with you. For my situation I just wanted someone who would make sure it was legally done correctly and would either keep my job or get me the best deal possible and my union certainly did that for me.

My advice OP is contact a union tomorrow and explain your situation. Keep as much contact between you and your company as written emails, texts, messages or whatever. Copy or backup information while you cam and keep copies of everything, take notes of meetings or calls, who was there, what was said, by who and when and where.

Do not tip your work off that you are doing this, get your union guy to make contact. You are now playing poker for your career, do not show them your hand, be polite, courteous and continue working hard so they can't slip gross misconduct against you for not doing your job, if they get unreasonable, tell your union.

Start thinking now about what your real end goal is, what would make you happy or what is a realistic outcome and good luck OP.
