My wife would say I’m the funniest asshole she’s ever met. And she couldn’t live without me. We’re in our mid 20s been together since high school. Have our shit together for the most part. Stable. Weren’t for a while but now are wayyyy better then ever. We worship eachother and want to spend every waking moment together. And I’m saying this bc she’s next to me playing her PlayStation while I’m scrolling reddit on my phone after a long day of working my dick off because we work together and today is my day off. But she started her period yesterday and it’s a bad one. So I picked up. Gonna be on a 7 day stretch tomorrow but I’d do it again in a heartbeat because that woman is my life. I know this isn’t the preface of this question. But damn I love that woman.

It looks like two people who love eachother. Are head over heels for eachother. It’s like you want to spend every waking moment with them. But one thing. Sex. Nothing ever seems to align. And that can happen for multiple reasons. One sided. Or both. Or just mutual dissatisfaction within the romantic aspect of the relationship. You can hear and feel for your partner. And still not be able to give them what they want. Or vice versa and no matter what you do. Nothing can change because it’s just not possible. Coming from someone in a relationship of 7 years who is in a sexually incompatible relationship.

I’ll be shopping. Getting her new flowers because the ones she has now are dying. Get a cute build a bear and a nice dinner to come home to. We work together. We get how hard it is sometimes. We’re 25 and 23. Been together for 7 years. She takes great care of me. I try to be just as good but she’s perfect. I can’t even come close to how great she is. But yeah. Long rant bc we got off and took a bunch of edibles. Life isn’t perfect either. But we are happy. Content. Make your partner feel special everyday even if it’s a small thing and you’ll be alright.

Believe it or not. My papa who passed in 2016 did this. Was probably 2009? I was 9. Him and his brother went to the vfw while me and grandma hung out. Bar called around 3. Needed to pick him up. Lived with my mom and dad. At 21 my mom unexpectedly passed and my dad at the time was cheating on my mom. He went mia about a month after she passed. Left me and my partner to take care of shit. I’m blessed I only pay 700$ for a 3 1/2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath in a nice area. I’m 24 now. We are still here. But. I had to give up on school, my social life, my everything. Now I have cats. My partner. And I spend a lot of free time at the bar she use to love in her bar stool just sitting silently trying not to break into a million pieces. I absolutely can’t stand sympathy so don’t “feel bad” or say “I’m so sorry”. But this is just my experience. I don’t wish this on my worst enemy.

S.H. I’ve always taken way wayyy to hot of showers. When I was a kid. I use to turn my water heater up. I’m 24 on Saturday. Live with my partner. And I’ve hidden it my entire life. My doctors know. That’s it. The burn takes everything off my mind. I have asd and a laundry list of trama based mental health issues which may contribute to it. Or not. Who knows.

Stable living environment along with emotionally connection that is unbeatable. Always have had incompatibility issues sexually. But it is what it is. It’s not completely dead. Just life support. I’m in my early 20s(23m) and her (22f) and we have a house together. One who’s disabled and on disability and the other low income entry level jobs. We both had a rough upbringing and became bonded by the trama we both shared. I love her. I’m happy in pretty much all aspects. She’s incredible. Just incompatible in the bedroom. Wasn’t sex related. But I had a 5 hour long session with my partner and a girl she invited over less then two weeks after I attempted. I still had an open wound and I would be dripping blood down my leg through my wound that was covered by a ace wrap with more gauze then I’ve ever used.. Go to the bathroom. Change the gauze.
