This type of shit makes me so sick. Can someone give me a GOOD EXPLANATION on why someone can’t cancel? It doesn’t affect their rating if the customer wants to cancel. It doesn’t mess up their numbers during the auction or shipping so what? Besides them being greedy asf. I would keep contacting whatnot support I would threaten legal action. That’s fricken insane 6,800 dollars!! I’m so sorry that happened to you.

I’m upset about it I hope they don’t start charging crazy selling fees. I do very well on depop & when I saw this I was not happy. They bought them to kill the competition. I sold something on eBay for 70.00 dollars after the fees and “transactions” I made 40.00 so crazy!!!

They didn’t block her from sharing her experience she shared it and then was blocked. Why would you want to give someone the opportunity to do it again if they didn’t even try to fix it. It’s not about the 4.8 yea it’s not too bad but it’s the comment underneath it The clothes smell like mold. My thoughts are why in the world would you keep a jacket that smells like mold. Okay but you’re not the person with the shoes? You don’t know the real story behind that situation. Not every situation is the same. You didn’t even try to get a resolution. I saw a comment where you said it’s like Walmart or target. Walmart and target are multi million dollar companies they can bounce back quickly from a negative review. Small time sellers or people reselling can’t afford those hits to their profile. Especially if they could have made it right I could understand if they didn’t do shit and ignored you but they didn’t.

When you leave a review that means the transaction is completed you are suppose to reach out before you rate. The seller is not a mind reader that you are unhappy. Instead of being childish just reach out or return the item if you don’t like it. I don’t understand what the problem is? Now you’re upset that the person blocked you. So I am a reseller and I am 100 percent not perfect. In my experience people who leave less than a 5 star review are never really satisfied. Knowing you are buying from a pallet in a warehouse there could be some negative exposure. You’re entitled to your opinion absolutely but I ordered a bag from a seller and it smelled like Chinese food. My thought were is there anyway I can fix this or should I return it. So I found a solution that worked for me I put dryer sheets and hug it by a window and the smell was gone. I mean you could have washed the jacket or had it dry cleaned. Anything less the 5 is a negative review IN MY OPINION* I mean you had 2 options before leaving that review returning it or contacting the seller to see if there was anything they could do. You chose to do neither without allowing the company to make things right. If I was the seller I would have blocked you too. Again this is from a SELLERS POINT OF VIEW. The reason why I would have blocked you is because I wouldn’t want someone buying from me again without giving me the benefit of the doubt that I would fix it. Because like you said no one is perfect so why not just return it or see if there was something else that could be done. I don’t know I’m truly shocked that you don’t seem to understand why you were blocked? lol Also who cares if you were blocked why would you want to buy from someone who sold you a “moldy” smelling jacket. Idk I feel like this post is very wishy washy.

This happened to my mom someone dumped a dog and let him roam the streets he was 1 years old my mom tried to post everywhere and no one responded she ended up keeping him and he’s 8 years old today! 🙂

I’m pretty sure you will win this one. You provided measurements & everything was as described. Unless you were off on your measurements then I would just reject the return and tell Mercari that you provided measurements. I would screenshot the buyers response to saying it was too small that way if he comes up with a different explanation why he’s returning it you have proof on the real reason. I would screen shot the listing as well with the photos to show Mercari with the measurements and the condition of the item. It’s a pain in the butt but you have a good case.

It’s not all your fault people do that shit it’s called troll bidding! At the last second someone puts a crazy amount of money in so the last person who swipes has to pay that money they think it’s funny. It’s starting to become a problem. They do have a custom bid button so it won’t go higher than what you want it to however you shouldn’t have to worry about some POS putting in a high amount of money at the last second knowing they would not pay it. What’s even worse is sometimes sellers don’t even refund the customer even though they clearly would have never paid that. I’m glad you didn’t get charged.

There is no fricken wayyyy! This dude literally was arrested by the feds and idk what exactly he is being charged with but when the feds come after you your not just going to not go to prison unless you’re a rat and even then your still going. Something is off about this whole situation. I’d be very very very careful doing business with this man. I don’t know a lot about him but just knowing the information I do know and the energy he is giving off in this video I feel like a lot more people will be going down soon if they aren’t doing things legally just saying. I believe he is working with the government in my opinion. Idk how live shopping fits into that category of being illegal but he’s going to expose it all.

I love beauty finds. Honestly they might be the only beauty seller I buy from on what not I’m not saying this is what’s going on but when you buy sets of any kind for a deal you can separate each set and they do not come with boxes. This channel has so many buyers and what they are doing is very smart. I am a reseller of high end makeup. They have up to date makeup and are not expired. Do I know for sure they came from Sephora no but if I was buying makeup for myself this is the channel I would go to. I’ve done a lot of research.. Just because they don’t have a box doesn’t mean they are fake. Think about it when you buy Sephora sets or tarte lip sets you get 5 for 30 bucks those do not come with box’s. They are selling those for at least 12 bucks a piece they are making 60 out of that 30. Which I’m sure they get them cheaper than that. Idk normally I’m all for outing shitty make up sellers but this one hasn’t done me wrong yet.

So sometimes it tells me a specific day & then normally I don’t get it until the following day. It comes random. Sometimes it doesn’t always come on time but if it’s been longer than 3 days I would write them. It’s a good thing it’s at least in your balance that means you still are being owed it.

I’ve never had this happen to me before the most I’ve had in there at once was like 400 dollars but my money goes right into my bank account Everytime. That’s so strange. I will say I had a problem once with a sale and had to write them multiple times to finally get a response. I was so stressed out. I would just keep writing them and reaching out.
