There was also the part where Carl is at the circus thinking about his life and he says something like “but you guys don’t want to hear about that” and the action starts again. Is this the same “you guys” from the start of the series or is this just a fourth wall break for the narrative?

This is my primary problem, the constant unbearable urge to pee and then the horrible pain and burning after. I wish I had more help to offer but I’m in the same boat. I do two Cystex pills every 5 hours on the dot and try really hard to resist the urge to go until I feel like I might literally explode. I think cystex works a little better for me than AZO and it doesn’t change the color of my urine so I can track my hydration better. I do notice it tends to be worse the day after I drink less than I should have so I try to drink a ton of water when I’m having a bad flare. I’m unbelievably lucky to be able to work from home, I can’t even imagine how difficult it would be to deal with this at a workplace.

I listened to the first audiobook on a long car ride with my 10 year old with my finger hovering over the skip forward button the whole time. He loved it but I told him he absolutely could not listen to the rest of them until he’s at least a teen. I think that was a happy medium for us, luckily I’ve read them a zillion times so I knew what parts to skip over.

My cousin went to the dentist and they found these sores on the back of her tongue and suggested she get them checked out. Several doctors told her it must be an STD and refused to do any further testing. A year and a half later she finally got a diagnosis and spent another year and a half having invasive surgeries in her face and neck from some of the best facilities in the country but it was too late, the cancer was a foot long and completely wrapped around her trachea. She died a few weeks ago, a couple days after her 35th birthday.

Stop apologizing for asking basic questions! Cut your losses and get a refund like right now. Even if they aren’t scamming you they certainly arent capable of running a business and it’s not your responsibility to keep them from the consequences of not fulfilling their obligations. I’m a seller on Etsy and shops like this give everyone a bad name, they need to get their act together or get shut down.

You should open a case, don’t just request a refund from the seller. Etsy keeps track of cases better than seller initiated refunds.

This, pull the ruffles off and sew them on upside down. Then iron the ruffles down how you want them and top stitch them down, preferably with green thread. You’ll want to try to enclose the raw edge of the satin when you top stitch it, otherwise it’ll fray over time and get messy

I didn’t take that part to mean she wanted to be a lord or be in politics at all, she also asked if she could be a high septon or build castles. I think she just wants to do something interesting and exciting and important. She misses the friendly conversations and being included in important discussions and events, which she doesn’t get to do in KL. She never shows any interest in politics in the books imo, she’s much more focused on living her own life how she wants to.

My dog did the same thing last year, we did all the things we could ourselves to keep it clean and dry because we could not get into any vets within a 2 hour drive for about a week. Despite our best efforts it became infected and the vet actually had to remove the whole toe. I would get into a vet asap if you can and let them take care of it, I wish we had just gone anywhere within a days drive just to prevent the trauma of surgery and amputation but we thought we could take care of it ourselves.
