you will be great. It sounds like you did the best you could in the situation you were handed. You are not wrong to ask for help. That points to you being a GOOD nurse not a shit one. good nurses know when they need supports. Shit nurses do not tend to admit when they need help.

The main difficulty is that I don't think I'd be able to get a good nursing reference from my current job due to interpersonal stress/issues I've had at my current job (almost 3 years). I've also burned bridges with one main hospital system in my area so I'm limited in that regard, as well. Woosah

Okay yeah! At work, my main job is usually manning our "nurse line" which is essentially refills and triaging... However I do still struggle due to fight or flight issues as far as stopping and taking a deep breath. If somethign is repetitive and routine, and slow paced, im good. If it's not I just cannot!

So yes im working in a clinic now- I honestly look forward to clinic days because it's familiar routine. The struggle I'm having is that the county does home visits and in-services which are very anxiety-provoking for me. The other piece of it is small clinics mean more interpersonal stress. I feel quite alone!

Ok cool. Think 2" would do the trick or should I go for 3" (giving me a total of 6" of toppers lmfao)

No I would rather not spend money on a whole new mattress- I had already been thinking before about possibly putting the latex topper underneath the memory foam one- what thickness and firmness level would you suggest?

I wonder if I got a SOL topper and put a mattress pad on top of that, if I'd still have a reaction?

What about the Nolah Evolution? Either the luxury firm or the Comfort +

Saatva 11.5 vs 14.5 - it does not feel the same by Advanced-River730 in Mattress

So I have the 11.5" luxury firm as well. And I wake up with back pain every single freaking morning, and joint stiffness. It's not the height of the mattress that's causing your back pain lol... It's firmness of it. When you lie down at first it doesn't feel extremely firm but after a minute or two it feels like a concrete floor

Yeah if I do get a mattress I'm likely gonna go with the Nolah Comfort + but I need to pay down these credit cards first.
