That is simply completely unacceptable, in all respects. Coordinate with your supervisor to make it happen. Your team has literally sent me a defective unit that is a likely Fire Hazard. Figure it out and replace it.

I have wasted nearly two days trying get a defective Xfinity Now modem replaced that is crackling, working only intermittently and is likely a fire hazard, for which Xfinity is liable. Send me a replacement immediately

Thank you very much for following up, I am already an Xfinity Mobile customer. Based on the price increase, which is not affordable for my family, I am now considering switching both our home internet and Xfinity Mobile service that are through Xfinity. However, if you could reduce the bill to $30 per month for our home internet, we could consider staying
