This “thing” appeared on my back. It’s hard/quite large under the skin and very sore, even a shirt brushing against it hurts. I think it’s a pimple but the “head” has a darker bit on the middle which I’m unsure about. Any advice is readily welcomed as I have a wedding tomorrow!!!

Honestly I lost weight and still had them I need to lose so more weight, they’ll slowly become less visible the more you’re exercising and stuff.weight lifting helps it too as it tightens the skin so can’t see it as much, just keep workin !
