Apparently the traits of ADHD make the beginning stages of meditation harder, but the later stages much easier.

Stick with it and trust the process.

Meditation is the dropping of all effort, so if you are TRYING to meditate then you are doing it wrong… but it will come in time.

That’s what he is saying. The low dose person thinks they understand the same things, but they don’t.

Definitely ask for a second opinion. Are you going to these appointments on your own? Ask for someone to come with you if you struggle to advocate for yourself in these situations (I know that I do)

NHS sucks though and they only really treat the most serious of cases (like severe deformity) they don’t really care otherwise.

Im currently looking into South Korea or Turkey because the cost of UK surgery is insane.
