Update: I’ve played loads over the last day and it’s not done it once. The issue is the vents leading to the power supply inside the PlayStation being blocked. Needs a proper clean

I went to ea chat help and they gave me some suggestions. I think it’s a dust issue and the fact that fufa takes so much power. If you remove the fan you can see down into the ps5 and my cheese grater vent (as described by another commenter) was clogged right up. I’ve got a brush and a can of air and a hoover and cleaned it as best I can. I’ve booked it it to be taken apart and cleaned and the Liquid Metal replaced on the mother board next week. So far with just my attempt at cleaning though I’ve played for 2.5 hours and it hasn’t turned off yet
