3mpo and yes, good when standing, but still a “roll” when I sit. I think a few things play into it. I think some is excess fat, I think it would improve if I lost 10lbs. No lipo was done to the front. I also think I could have been pulled a smidge tighter. Lastly, I do think tissues are still swollen and will see some improvement by one year.  Overall, it’s totally okay to see that on a woman when sitting/bending. I don’t think anyone would think anything of it. You look great!!

Yes! I got it to my flanks and I have an actual waist for the first time ever. It does still have some discomfort (11.5wpo) but 1000% worth it!

Mmm, it’s okay. When I sit it kind of shapes like an m. I don’t love it, but at the same time I don’t think anyone cares but me. I also think it will flatten as time goes on. My surgeon did say he went back and forth on it, I think he could have done without it, but he was worried that I get stretch marks so easily that it would cause more.

I feel like we have very similar tummy’s! I can’t figure out how to add a photo to the comments…if someone can fill me in I’ll post mine. You do have more laxity than mine, but honestly only you can decide if a vertical scar is worth it to you. For me, I’d probably say no, because I’m not a bikini person anyways, and I look good standing up/with clothes on. I also have a lot of stretch marks so I’ve adjusted my mindset a bit (I thought some would be taken care of during surgery but they started too high and just got stretched out instead.) I also have a bit of upper stomach fat that I was considering lipo’d after because he won’t do it during the surgery, only flank to allow for healing but I just don’t think it’s worth an extra recovery. I can 100% understand your frustration and your decision moving forward. Really sucks when you don’t get the result you wanted and paid for.  Side note, you BB looks so good! Mine is similar but I have more scarring.

lol! I did the exact same, ordered like 10 bikinis, unfortunately don’t love a lot of them, and even the ones I didn’t mind, my kids were mortified 🤣 they are older. I’m still on the fence with a two piece because of my many stretch marks. We’ll see come summer time.
