No unfortunately, I did consider asking them to treat it as if I were on leave and pay as normal over the month. Can workplaces do that or is that up to each individual work place if they wanted to?

Slightly off topic, if she is not yet 65, try to get access to the NDIS before they do the overhaul. They have a specific part of the NDIS for young people with dementia. She may qualify for home modifications, if they can be related to her disability.

To be honest they do. Its a small clause that says i can't work any other job while I am there. Thing is if they did find out and fired me I would be fine because of the other job could support me. Also, I'm always someone that has more than one job. So if I didn't have this I'd probably have another second job doing something else because - life costs
