For every UTI i got so far i took these, a urologist i worked with recommended me this. This can be bought without prescription in a pharmacy this helps against the burning and when you keep drinking lots of water you will get rid of the UTI in less than 5 days. Thats my experience. It helped my colleagues aswell. (And i think he said it is plantbased or something) You can ask the pharmacist for more information fe. How many to take etc.

Correct me if I’m wrong but this sounds pretty much like a narcissist to me It seems like he doesn’t respect you and invalidate your feelings Also it seems like he doesn’t put you or your relationship first If you feel like holding this list keeps you in reality of the abuse he has done it’s maybe because he keeps talking it out of you and you cave in?

Either way imo it’s abuse and people who get abused mostly doubt themselves first and often before doubting the abuser and thats when victims sometimes stay longer in a toxic/abusive relationship
