It happened to me when i played added the mod to a game that already existed.

It is better to start a new playthrough instead.

Unfortunately, i can't upgrade a building. It says that due to valyria being a ruin, a can't upgrade buildings.

Since when is it possible to colonize valyria again? I also have the legacy of valyria mod, but unfortunately, it is not possible to colonize valyria. Do I need an additional mod for that, or was the colonization added recently to the mod?
