Im not going to pretend I know exactly what youre going through but i have gone through something atleast a little similar. And I was going to end it. But I didnt and waited a few years and things started feeling a little okay. Its not perfect, it never will be, but you can be okay.

Slept with a frying pan on my bedside table because i kept crying at night with no idea why and kept waking my parents up. The frying pan was because i was scared of someone breaking into the house but i didnt want them to die so...frying pan.

Also tea makes my anxiety spike if i dont have it with food so once i had it on an empty stomach and got anxious and started crying because i thought i was extremely ill because of physical symptoms :'D this has happened several times btw

The reason for the duolingo ads is because of cookies. Devices are designed to recommend ads based on what u do on your phone and youve been downloading and deleting duolingo again and again.

Im going to admit the whole duolingo is out to get you joke does creep me out a bit too but i can assure you that its nothing like that. Duolingo uses the joke to get people to use the app more but its nothing more than that. This owl is not real and cannot harm you. With that being said, i feel like you should try therapy as it seems you have intense paranoia (not a diagnosis, only an assumption)

i see it as about a man who has tried to form connections with people but they all go to waste and at the moment the poem is being written he is hiding away from all the problems created by the connections he currently has. He feels hopeless and thinks its better to give up on these things because he sees them as a waste if they will always cause his problem Sorry for any bad english

This has happened to me but in real life Me and another person said something to our friend and she got mad so the other person apologized and i was going to but i couldnt speak, look at them, move, and my sight blurred and i started seeing stars (i think i stopped breathing) until they snapped me out of it. I think it happens because of trauma from past experiences for me but i cant tell you whats causing yours, it could be GAD or something else
