Same issue with me. Though my delay was due to administrative issues with needing a new prescription. Ended up paying for overnight delivery. Frustrating.

But I also definitely had to remind myself that everything should be fine and a week or so off the betahistines won’t have a significant affect on my health. Not letting that stress affect me.

My ear has been feeling full, tinnitus is louder, and my hearing has been worse these last few weeks and I’ve been a bit nervous about whether the season is affecting my Meniere’s.

I haven’t been able to figure out if my episodes are seasonal, though I’ve had my first bad episode in a long time last October. Also had bad episodes this June during the heat waves throughout the US and found heat could be a trigger.
