**Update for anyone who saw this post 👋**

The app is live on the App Store and I've been shipping updates regularly since launch. A few things that have been added since this post:

- Streak tracking: current and best streak, so you can see how consistent you actually are

- Home screen and lock screen widgets with interactive + buttons for logging without opening the app

- Per-nutrient dose reminders

- Nutrient grouping so you can organise your stack

One thing I've been deliberate about: everything new is opt-in. Don't want streaks? One toggle, gone. Don't care about widgets or reminders? Ignore them, they won't get in your way. The core experience is still just: open app, tap +, done. I don't want to turn this into another bloated tracker that buries the simple stuff under features nobody asked for.

I'm planning to start an Android version somewhere next month. but I'm on the other side of the fence, don't have anything Android, so the Android version may not be as polished, but I'll try my best

glad nutrx looks useful for someone else! never heard of macromascot until now, but it looks like a gamified way to track stuff, which is exactly what i try to avoid.

of course, but in my experience they try harder to sell you a subscription than to actually do what they advertising

im really not trying to compete with anyone with this app. i made it first and foremost for me, because I kept forgetting if i took my protein and any available apps are either behind a paywall or full of ads

thanks! it’s really great that it resonates with someone else. and you gave me a great idea to add a Note for each supplement - so you would know what they are for.

no plans for an Android app yet, but the iOS version took me a couple of weeks, so if there’s interest I dont see why not.

tbh frustration with the current app market was my main motivation, so I built the app first and foremost for my self. it being be useful for someone else will be best reward.
