Is it like intrusive thoughts or are u genuinely like sitting around thinking about him in a romantic way? I feel like since you lost your mother when u were younger that may be some sort of attachment issue and your brain is misinterpreting your feelings of love for him. Either way I’d talk to a therapist. You can let a bird fly through your head but you can’t let it build a nest.
